This will be explained to you after your consultation with Dr Mol, but a few necessary forms will need to be filled in and all can be sorted on the day of your consultation. Procedure codes, ICD 10 codes, Dr and Clinic practice numbers will be issued to you after confirmation of your specific surgery, and this will be needed for your admission to the ward (on the day of surgery) at the theatre/ward reception on the 3rd level of this facility. You will be informed of eating and drinking times prior to surgery date.
